Agile transformation allows you to change Culture, Structure and Processes so, that your company starts to adapt rapid to changing environment, pivot where its needed and deliver to your client what they want right now. I strongly believe, that Agile is like suit — should be adjusted for every company / team, because everyone is unique and has own situation.

My competencies and services

Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. As a result of several sessions, clients achieve their own goals faster, with more confidence, with clear own identified steps. I offer one on one work as an ICF Coach.
Professional
coaching
Allowing your professionals to grow faster, with more reliability on somebody who has enough experience under the belt. I mainly do mentoring for Scrum Master/Agile Coaches/team coaches. As a result, my menties grow faster on the professional path, learn and use effective new instruments. I offer mentoring on a personal/ group basis.
Mentoring
Different kinds of Agile workshops upon request. From standard SAFe training till scheduled to personal need of your team workshop. I offer training/ workshop upon request.
Teaching
Process of conducting and supporting successful meetings. Ad hoc activity, which I offer also separately upon request.
Facilitation
Mine main service which usually takes around 6 months for one team. After it your team becomes a self organized, goal driven gang, which only needs to know what to achieve. Answer on question "how" they would find without your involvement.

Short about me

I started my professional path as a support engineer back in 2008. After it I was in roles like team lead, technical solution manager, classical project manager and finally in 2018 occasionally I read the book (the red one) about Scrum from J. Sutherland. I was inspired and myself in the Scrum Master role. Since 2020, after proper study I proceeded to work as SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) + Agile Coach.
I am married and live in Europe. Speak English, German and Russian. Love nature and activities in different forms.

How I work

1

Step 01

Like I said above agile is Ilke suit, when you buy new one, you want to understand, how exactly is should be tailored, that it suits for you perfect. The same situation here.
On the first I do quick diagnostic of your team/ company, understand your desired point B and as result give you practical advice, what you can do to already see quick value.
This step is for free!
2
Step 02
Here we write down the roadmap for transformation.
Steps, expected value out of each, needed recourses, roles, responsibilities, expectation.
3
Step 03
I work closely with team in desired on previous step format with regular possibilities to see results and value that team produces/ business goals reached during last work period.
1

Step 01

Every effective meeting requires a flow of discussion toward specific meeting goals.
To achieve this, as the first step I make a short call with the organizer to clarify expected goals and results from a particular event. On the call or after it I propose possible ways of conducting the event, aligning around format.
2
Step 02
Conducting the event itself is the key part here. I use wide range of techniques to allow the group have flow of discussion, reach expected goals and have number insights during the process.
3
Step 03
Together with the organizer we meet once again to look at the reached outcome and evaluate effectiveness from facilitation.
1

Step 01

The art of allowing people learn something relies on several things. One of them is a session with interested parties, for the sake of understanding goals for training/workshop, amount of participants, date, wished format.
2
Step 02
The training/ workshop self which could take from 1 hour till several days, depending on amount of body of knowledge.
3
Step 03
After training/ workshop it is crucial to analyze feedbacks and result, identify what wnt good and where room for improvements could be allocated.
1

Step 01

First session with a particular group/ individual Scrum Master/Agile Coach/team coach for clarifying open requests, expectation from Mentor and from Mentees and goals with the timeline. Setting the format of work and cadence of meetups.
2
Step 02
Periodically meetups where Mentees bring practical cases from their experience and I as Mentor share from my experience examples of other ways of behavior to deal within mentioned cases. I also give advices about body of knowledge to study (books, internet articles, trainings) to get the necessary skills to deal with similar cases in the future.
Depending on agreed format, mentoring could also include such formats as shadowing, personal coaching sessions (if needed), small workshops for a group.
3
Step 03
After a time we check together with Mentee/ group, how they grew since last check.
Which competencies grew in which direction and on what we shell focus further on.
1

Step 01

First session with you is understanding what your request is about. Do we need short/mid/ long term coaching here?
It could be that you can not clearly formulate your request, it is also fine! We would then do it together during first session.
Sometimes right formulated request is already solution 🙂
2
Step 02
Working in sessions with you according to International Coaching Federation (ICF) values: professionalism, collaboration,
humanity, equity. The main what I have learned after nearly 40 hours of coaching session is, that everyone has enough resources in him/herself to achieve, what is really important right now.
3
Step 03
Depending on type of coaching (short/mid/ long term), checking the fulfillment of defined request at the beginning and correcting it if necessary.
The only stupid question is the question that is never asked
